Graydon Lupton, Sr. Obituary

Graydon Louis Lupton, Sr., 81, of Kinston, passed away on Saturday, November 10, 2018, at home. Graydon spent his younger years being a commercial fisherman up and down the East Coast, before retiring.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Manning Lupton and Blanche Goodwin Lupton, as well as his daughter Teresa Gail Morris, his sons Graydon Louis Lupton, Jr. and Robert Clay Lupton, and brothers, George T. Lupton and Earl M. Lupton.

Left to cherish his memory, includes his wife Patricia Lupton of the home; grandchildren, Steven Lupton and wife Lisa, Robert Jr. “RJ” Lupton and wife Lauren, and Victoria Hardison, as well as seven great-grandchildren and many special nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at Howard-Carter Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Mondell officiating. The family will receive friends and family following the service and at other times at the home.
