Jesse Richard Taylor, Jr., 53, of Kinston passed away on Monday, March 26, 2018. Jesse was a member of the Delta Sigma Phi fraternity and a 1988 graduate from ECU with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Vance and Sally Stanley and Jimmy and Edna Taylor.

Jesse is survived by his wife, Cindy Durham Taylor, parents, Jesse Richard and Mary Catherine Taylor, daughter, Kelsey Taylor, son, Brandon Taylor, brothers, James Taylor and wife Nicole and John Taylor and wife Michelle; and nephews, Brad Taylor and Christopher Taylor.

A funeral service will be held at Howard-Carter Funeral Home Friday, March 30, 2018 at 12:00pm with Pastor Tim Chase officiating with visitation one hour prior to the service. Family will also receive friends other times at his home and the home of his parents, Jesse Taylor, Sr. and Mary Taylor. A graveside service will follow the funeral at Hookerton United Methodist Church, 302 East Church Street, Hookerton NC 28538.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to your charity of choice in memory of Jesse.
