Joyce Rouse Broadway, 97 of Cape Carteret passed away Monday, October 14, 2019 at Carteret Health Care, Morehead City, NC.

Joyce is survived by her daughter Diane Kennedy and husband Richard Harold of Beulaville, Norman Ray Broadway, Jr. of Vanceboro, grandchildren Denna Miller and husband Chris, Robin Cavanaugh and husband Jason, Amy Broadway and James Broadway and wife Jennifer, great-grandchildren Kelly Jones and husband Allen, Whitney Brown, Brett Austin Hill, Chloe Brooke Hill, Austin Cavanaugh, West Broadway and Addison Broadway, great-great grandchildren Abram Jones and Kylie Foster, special friend Frances Rouse and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Howard-Carter Funeral Home Thursday, October 17, 2019 from 6:00pm-7:00pm with funeral beginning at 7:00pm. Interment will be held at Westview Cemetery Friday, October 18, 2019 at 11:00am.
