Ray Noble Obituary

Ray Noble, 88, died peacefully Saturday morning, April 7, 2018. He was born October 12, 1929, the son of Kit and Bessie Noble. Ray, a lifetime member of the Deep Run Ruritan Club, graduated from Deep Run High School, married his high school sweetheart, Hazel Lewis, and together they had a successful life of farming.

He was preceded in death by his parents, beloved wife, and sisters Reba Jarman, and Magdalene Smith.

Survivors include his son, Donnie Noble and wife Denise, daughter, Gwen Moore and husband, Chip, grandchildren, Michael (Crystal), Morgan (Chris), Jason (Ali), and great grandchildren, Camden, Kaeden, Jude, Jonah, Rory, and Vera, siblings, Ralph Noble, Eunice Whaley and Joe Noble.

Visitation will be held at Howard-Carter Funeral Home on Sunday, April 8, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 pm. Graveside service will be at Pinelawn Memorial Park Monday, April 9, 2018 at 2:00 pm with Gary Whaley officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Deep Run Ruritan Club, 1846 John Green Smith Road, Deep Run, NC 28525.
