Robert “Billy Bob” Allen Williams, 54, of Kinston went to be with his Lord and Savior on February 1, 2019.

He is survived by his parents; Carl Williams and Sadie Williford Williams, sons; Carl Williams and fiancé Jerome Adams, Jacob Williams and wife Brenda, grandchildren; Nathan Williams, LilyAnn Williams, and Benjamin Williams, sisters; Rita Atkinson and husband Jeff, Pam Lanier and Tammy Williams, and brother Terry Williams.

Billy Bob was a self-taught painter and loved working with his hands. He enjoyed spending time in his garden. He loved to collect rocks from all of his trips and would often ask people to bring him back a rock from a place they visited. He was deeply loved and will be missed by many.

The family will receive friends and family at Howard-Carter Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Funeral Services will start at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Allen Stocks officiating. Graveside services will follow at Westview Cemetery.
