Shirley Jones Obituary

Shirley Lorrene Jarman Jones, 82, of Trenton, passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at Brook Stone Living Center.

She is preceded in death by her husband Robert Lee Jones, Sr.; parents Leroy Jarman and Dora Coombs Jarman; daughter Rhonda Davidson; five sisters and four brothers.

Shirley was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother. She was a member of McDaniel’s Chapel.

Survivors include her daughters Shirley Williams and husband Leon, Pamela Kendall and husband David all of Trenton; son Robert Jones, Jr. and wife Charlene of Dover; ten grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Howard-Carter Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 4, 2018 at Howard-Carter Funeral Home with Pastor Danny Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Casper Jones Cemetery located on Middle Road in Trenton.
