Angela King Obituary

Angela Marie King, 50, of Pink Hill passed away at UNC Lenoir on Sunday, March 24, 2024. She was born on June 26, 1973. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jimmy Tyndall Kennedy and Alice Price Kennedy.

Angela is survived by her significant other, Bobby Gene Koonce of the home; daughter Brianna Lewis of Wallace; son, Cody King of Kinston; grandchildren, Dylan Hardy King, Jordyn Paige King, Rosie May McChesney-King; sisters, Amanda Kimmerly of Kinston, Denise Hardison of Kinston and Jimi Kennedy of Albertson.

A memorial service will be held Monday, April 1, 2024 at 11:00 am at Howard-Carter Funeral Home with visitation to follow. The family will receive friends other times at the home of her sister, Denise Hardison, 284 Bland Howell Road, Kinston, NC.
