Bobby Stephens Obituary

Bobby Joe “Hat Man” Stephens, 76, passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022 at the NC State Veterans Home in Kinston. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack R. Stephens and Margaret Smith Stephens.

Bobby is survived by his wife, Gincy Creel Stephens; sons, Robert J. Stephens and wife, Amanda, and Timothy P. Stephens; grandchildren, Alex Stephens, Daniel Stephens, and Ava Stephens, and many other special family and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at the Eastern Carolina Veterans’ Cemetery of Goldsboro.
