Casey Glenn King

Casey Glenn King, 30, of Kinston, passed away on Friday December 1, 2023.

He was born in Lenoir County on January 22, 1993, to James “Jay” Baird King and Tina Renee Hayes. Casey is preceded in death by his grandparents, Glenwood Waters and Mike and Becky Bowling

Casey is survived by his father; James “Jay” King and wife Monica; his mother Tina Hayes; brothers, Jamie Clark and husband Jeremy, Trent King; stepbrother, Joshua Andrews, and wife Kaitlin; stepsister, Kayla Melvin, and husband Justin; niece, Rylie Melvin and nephew, Shane Melvin; grandparents, Lynette “Nette” Waters and Sue and Russell Bartholomew and many other special aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He enjoyed fishing, going to the beach, riding motorcycles and spending time with his family. Casey’s time on earth was short, he will always be loved and missed by his family.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at Howard-Carter Funeral Home. Visitation will follow the service..
