Charlie Jackson Watson

Charlie Jackson Watson, 80, of Kinston, passed away on Saturday, December 25, 2021 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Watson and Rosa Williams Watson. 

Charlie was a loving father, grandfather and friend.  He was always willing to help anyone in need and he was a true friend to many.  He served his country for more than twenty years in the US Army and was honorably discharged with the rank of Staff Sargent.   
After retirement from the army Charlie worked as a quality inspector where he made many friends.

Charlie is survived by his daughter, Teresa W. Brown; sons, Randy Watson and Mike Watson and many other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 30, 2021 at Eastern Carolina Veterans Cemetery, Long’s Plant Farm Road, Goldsboro, NC at 12:00 noon.
