Chase Lee Pittman

Chase Lee Pittman, 15, of Kinston/Pink Hill passed away on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at UNC Lenoir.

He was a loving son, brother, friend, and so much more. He loved anything involving the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed spending his free time with his family and friends. Chase was one of God's special children, who had the biggest heart of gold, and would help anyone with anything they needed. He has been a blessing to all that knew him and has helped many of his family and friends in their time of need. Chase never met a stranger and to know him was to absolutely love him. Chase lived life to the fullest and will truly be missed by all.

Chase is survived by his parents: Mother: Kimberly Hamilton & special friend Dewayne Grant of Kinston, Father: Lee Pittman & bonus mom Jodie King of Pink Hill. Brothers: Caelan Sizemore of Kinston and Brody Pittman of Pink Hill. Maternal Grandparents: Barbara Hamilton of Kinston and Ralph Hamilton of Kinston. Paternal Grandparents: Odell & Nancy Pittman of Pink Hill. Aunts & Uncles: Steven & Deborah Smith of Sanford, Scotty & Crystal Pittman of Deep Run, Andy Pittman (Michelle Sanders), Chris Pittman (Wendy Kennedy) all of Pink Hill. He is also survived by multiple loving cousins and special friends including: CheeChee and Uncle Pat Riley & kids, Aunt Jo, Nonny, & Lalou Murphy. Bonus Grandparents: Jennifer Whitfield & special friend Danny Taylor of LaGrange, and Margie King of Richlands.

A celebration of life for Chase is as follows: Tuesday, August 3, 2021 visitation will be from 10am - 12pm at Turning Point Assembly 347 W Broadway Street, Pink Hill. The celebration of life will start at 12pm with graveside service to immediately follow at Oak Ridge Memorial Park 985 NC 11 Pink Hill, NC.
