Dolly “Baby Doll” Lucille Andrews, 79, of Deep Run, NC, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 14, 2026. She was wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Dolly lived a life rooted in faith, family, and simple joys that brought comfort to all who knew her.
She enjoyed going to the beach and spending time outdoors. Gardening was one of her favorite pastimes, where she found peace and joy.
A devoted member of Turning Point Assembly, Dolly was active in her church community and lived her faith through kindness, compassion, and service to others. Her faith was a guiding light throughout her life.
Family was her greatest pride. She loved her family with all her heart and was deeply devoted to them. Her home was always filled with warmth, love, and a welcoming spirit that made everyone feel at ease.
She is survived by her beloved son, Ricky Andrews and wife Beverly of Deep Run, grandchildren; Lindsay Gautier of Roseboro, NC, David “Little Man” Gautier, of Bloomingburg, OH, and great-grandchildren; Madison Letchworth of Pink Hill, Shianne Gautier of New Bern, J.T. Gautier of Kinston, Jaylin and Jamison Gautier of Deep Run, and Skylar, Hannah, and Peyton Gautier of Ohio, sister; Dean Bradshaw and husband Mickey of Pink Hill and Linda Rackley and husband Bernie of Kinston, along with many special nieces and nephews.
Dolly is preceded in death by her parents, Johnnie and Estelle Ham, husband, Rat Andrews, brothers, Richard Ham, Johnny Ham, Lynwood Ham, James Ham, and Robert Ham, and sister, Dorothy Andrews.
A visitation will be held on Monday, January 19, 2026, from 10:00 a.m.- 11:00 a.m. at Howard-Carter Funeral Home in Kinston, NC.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 19, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Howard-Carter Funeral Home in Kinston, with Pastor Anita Sumner officiating. Burial will follow immediately after the service at Pinelawn Memorial Park in Kinston.
Dolly will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered for her gentle spirit, unwavering faith, and the love she so freely gave.
