Dorothy Webb Braxton

Dorothy Webb Braxton, age 82, passed away Monday, September 16, 2024, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.  Dorothy was born on October 24, 1941, in Jones County, North Carolina.  She was preceded in death by her husband Tucker Braxton and mother Frances Webb.  Dorothy loved to travel and always would lend a helping hand to those in need.  Some of her favorite things included quilting at her local church (Pleasant Hill), spending time with her family and friends, road-trips, and fishing.  Dorothy worked at DuPont for 31 years and retired as a floor supervisor.  She is survived by her daughter Terry Braxton and grand daughter Cierra Braxton.  She will be truly missed.
