Frances was born to Emmett & Ruth Wilkins on September 7, 1960 in Kinston, NC. She was the baby of 4 children. She loved her parents and siblings dearly. Frances met her husband, Leon, in 1978, and they married in the same year. They went on to have 3 children that Frances loved with all her heart. In addition to being a dedicated and loving wife and mother, her grandchildren were the apple of her eye. Frances also loved her friends and church family tremendously. Besides her home, church was the other place she loved being at. Frances accepted Christ as her Savior on October 22, 1986, at the age of 26. A date she could easily tell you about. She had an unwavering faith in Jesus, which you could see and feel when you were around her.
