Frances Elizabeth (Seydel) Rouse

Frances Seydel Rouse born October 12, 1922 passed away November 6, 2022 at her home.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Nina Seydel;  husband, Elbert Lake “Bud” Rouse, Jr.; sons, Harry Jarman and Richard Jarman and granddaughter, Tina.

Frances started a dog grooming business with her daughter, called “The Dog House” and ran it for forty-five years.  She is survived by her son, Tom Jarman and daughter, Diane Jarman; grandchildren, Mark, Melissa, Windy, Dicky, Jr., Wendy, Janine, Vicki Lynn, Jenny and Michael.  She had 29 great-grandchildren and 20 great, great-grandchildren.  She also had very many special friends.  She loved everyone and was loved by all.  She will be dearly missed and never forgotten.

Funeral arrangements will be at a later date.
