Fred Thomas Jones, Jr., 72, of La Grange, passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at Wayne UNC Health Care. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lois Inaira Wiggins Jones and Fred Thomas Jones, Sr.

Fred is survived by his son, Fred Thomas Jones III; grandsons, Justin Thomas Jones, Nathan Tyler Jones, and Jacob Lee Jones; great-grandson, Noah Eli Jones; siblings, Mamie Jones Croom and Floyd David Jones, and many other special family and friends.

Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 30, 2022 at Westview Cemetery in Kinston.
