Helen Ruth (Winfield) Howard

Helen Ruth Winfield Howard, 82, of Kinston passed away Sunday, August 9, 2020 at The Laurels of Hendersonville, NC.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Aarone Howard and her sister, Doris Olive..

Helen was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.  She was a member of Webb’s Chapel United Methodist Church.

Helen is survived by her daughter, Wendy H. Jones (Robert) of Hendersonville; son, Michael Howard  (Kathy) of Hickory; grandchildren, Gavin Wiley (Allysa) of Fort Drum, NY; granddaughters Kailin Wiley (John) of Waynesville,  and Erinn Howard (Tyler Thornsberry ) of Mooresville; great grandchildren, Shane Wiley, Milton Wiley and Emmitt Wiley.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at Pinelawn Memorial Park at 11:00 am with Pastor Ron Dorn officiating.
