Henrietta (Reed) Rissler

Henrietta “Rita” Reed Rissler age 70 of Kinston, N.C., born July 31, 1949, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, March 8, 2020.  She was preceded in death by her father Murrill Hawkins, and sister Marion Hawkins.  Left to cherish her memory is her mother, Mae Hawkins, husband Michael Rissler Sr., and children, Fred Griffin and wife Marilu, Henry Griffin, Tammy King, Michael Rissler II and wife Mindy and Amanda Rissler, brothers Eddie Hawkins and wife Rita, Charlie Hawkins and wife Vanessa, sisters Cathy Stroud and husband Linnie and Nina Jones, 23 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life service on Monday, March 16, 2020 from 6- 8pm at La Grange Church Of God, 4345 George Abbott Rd, La Grange, NC 28551 with Pastor David Thurman officiating.  Flowers and condolences can be delivered to the same address.
