Herman Dale Deaver

Herman Dale Deaver, 64, of Deep Run passed away, Saturday, February 3, 2024 at UNC Burn Center, Chapel Hill, NC.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Nancy Louise Deaver; sister Denee Lanier and brother, Curtis Dwain Deaver.

Dale was a faithful, hard-working employee at J. C. Howard Farms with more than forty-eight years of employment.

Dale is survived by his wife, Patricia Ann Banks Deaver of the home; daughters, Crystal Gail Deaver Rodriguez and husband, Rodolfo of Kinston, Billie Dale Deaver Sparrow and husband, Richard of Deep Run and Samantha Louise Deaver of Greenville; sons, Jordan Dale Deaver of Kinston; stepson, Richard Christopher House; sister, Dana Louise Deaver Nethercutt and husband, Jerry of Deep Run;  seven grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

 Memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday, February 11, 2024 at Howard-Carter Funeral Home with Darren Tyndall officiating.   Visitation immediately following memorial service and other times at the home of his sister, Dana Nethercutt, 2689 John Green Smith Road, Deep Run, NC.
