Kathleen Bridget Williams

Kathleen Bridget Combs Williams, 70, of La Grange, passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2024. She was preceded in death by her son, Jared Rhue, and parents, Alfred Henry Combs and Joan Daugherty Combs.

Kathy loved painting, gardening and was very active in her church.

She is survived by her daughters, Cher Chernault of Kinston and Kaitlin Perez and husband, Jacob, of Boca Raton, FL; two grandchildren, Lily Soto and Cooper Davison; friend, Jeff Kennedy of Kinston; sisters, Helene Sever and husband, Jeff, of Georgia, and Aimee Bartelt of New York; brothers, Bruce Combs of Arkansas and Jack Combs of Wake Forest, along with many other dear family members and friends.

Funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 9, 2024  at La Grange First Free Will Baptist Church with Pastor Ronnie Hobgood officiating. Burial will follow the service at Westview Cemetery.
