Kenneth Paul Parker

Kenneth Paul Parker, 79, of Kinston, passed away on Friday, December 24, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents, Linwood Paul Parker and Sallie Foster Parker; paternal grandparents, Harmon Green Parker and Ella Trott Parker, and maternal grandparents Henry Daniel Foster and Sarah Whaley Foster.

Kenneth was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He was a North Carolina State Trooper for many years, a member of the North Carolina Troopers Association and Woodmen of the World. He was loved by many and will be truly missed.

He is survived by his loving wife, Brenda Beasley Parker, of the home; daughters, Angela Parker McIntosh and husband, Danny, of Kinston and Pamela Parker Hawkins and husband, Steve, of LaGrange; son, Kenneth Paul Parker, Jr. and wife, Janey, of Stafford, VA; grandchildren, Connor Ray McIntosh and girlfriend, A.J. Woodard, Joshua Paul Parker, and Matthew Paul Parker; brother, Cecil Travis Parker, of Richlands; nephew, Travis Parker and wife, Kelly, of Murphy, NC, and many other special family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Bethel Freewill Baptist Church with Pastor Chris Truett and Pastor Bert Potter officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow the service at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
