Obituary
Linda Elaine Oliver Peace, 69, of Kinston, passed away on Friday, March 24, 2023 at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Oliver and Lora Lane Oliver, and son, Timothy Earl Jones.
Linda was a physical therapist for Kindred at Home and UNC Lenoir. She enjoyed going to the beach, watching the sunset, reading, attending car shows, and her trips to DreamMakers tanning salon. Above all, she loved spending time with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will truly be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald Peace, of the home; daughter, Heather Casper and husband, Steven, of Deep Run; son, Kyle Barber and wife, Jessica, of La Grange; grandchild, Daniel Moore and wife, Cara-Lee, of Deep Run; great-grandchildren, Bryan Moore and Lane Moore; step-daughter, Shelly Gould and husband, Chris; step-grandson, Matthew Murray; sisters, Sandra Oliver and Teresa Yothers, and many other special family and friends.
Memorial service will be held Sunday, March 26, 2023 at 3:00 pm at Howard-Carter Funeral Home.
