Mark Anthony Mann

Mark Anthony Mann, 67, of Kinston passed away at his home on June 29, 2025.  He was born on July 15, 1957, in Wake County. He is preceded in death by his father, Leonard Caviness Mann; stepfather, Lacy Oliver; son, Brandon Mann and grandson, Colton Mann.

Mark was a proud US Navy Veteran, having served his country for twenty-two years and took great pride in his navy service.  He had a gift for working with his hands, whether fixing cars, building projects or lending a hand to anyone in need.  He had a deep appreciation for firearms and classic cars and took great pride in his Navy service.  His kindness, craftmanship and generous spirit leave a legacy that will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.

Mark is survived by his mother, Mary Oliver; children, Colt (Miranda) Mann, Anthony Mann, Ashley (David) Foss and J.D. (Kaitlin) Gibbs; grandchildren, Emersyn, Savannah, Hudson, Daniel, Dakota, Georgia, Reagan and Lincoln, siblings; Tim Mann, Mickey Mann, Kimberly McIntyre, and Diane Neithold and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, July 22, 2025, with military honors, at Eastern Carolina Veterans Cemetery, Goldsboro, NC with Luis Miranda officiating.
