Mildred Ann Gibson Jenkins
Trenton, March 6, 1939 – May 12, 2026
Mildren Ann Gibson Jenkins passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Tuesday, May,12, 2026. Mildred was a loving, devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend who dedicated her life to her family. She was the family’s angel on earth, and a devoted Christian all her life, dedicated to her church and church family. Her husband, children, and grandchildren were her proudest accomplishments. Her kindness was given freely to all who knew her, she never judged and always forgave. Mildred was beautiful inside and out with the heart and faith of an angel. She loved reading her Bible and singing God’s praises and will be enjoying eternity with him and all her family in Heavan.
Mildred is survived by her daughter, Katina “Tina” Chapman of the home, Granddaughters: Katelyn Chapman, Marrisa and husband Lavon Nobles, Sammia “Mia” Chapman, and great-granddaughter; Sage Chapman, her sister: Helen Gibson Jones and husband Bill, Sister-in-laws; Dorothy Philyaw and Linda Gibson and many nieces and nephews she dearly loved.
Mildred was preceded in death by her husband; William “Roy” Jenkins, Sons; William “Tinker” Jenkins and Timothy Jenkins, Great-grandson; Shahkeem Respers, her parents; Samuel “Bill” Gibson and Helen Kelly Gibson, her brothers; James “Jimmy”, Charles and Ralph Gibson, and her sister; Barbara Bywater.
