Nicole Faye (Mason) Griffin

Nicole Mason Griffin, 41, of Kinston, left her earthly home on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Mason. Nicole is survived by her husband, of the home; Billy Joe Griffin; mother, Linda Mason; sons, Billy Joe Griffin, Jr. (Kaley); and Mason Riley Griffin; grandson, Cohen Joe Griffin; brothers, Robert Mason, Joshua Mason, and Johnathan Mason; sisters, Clarissa Mason and Misty Mason; and many nieces and nephews.

She will be remembered as a woman who found joy in the simple and beautiful things in life. She had a deep love for plants and took great pride in filling her home with them, creating a warm and welcoming space for all who entered. She cherished the time she spent with her many friends and was known for her kind heart and the love she showed to everyone around her.

Nicole enjoyed trips to the beach, where she found peace and happiness, and she had a passion for cooking, often bringing people together through her meals. Above all, she was a devoted and loving wife and mother, always putting her family first.

Her newborn grandson was the light of her life and brought her immense pride and joy. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched.

Memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 03, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Howard-Carter Funeral Home
