Ollie Pearl Dollar Bradshaw

February 19, 1930 – October 27, 2024

Kinston-Ollie Pearl Dollar Bradshaw peacefully passed away after a long, fulfilling 94 years of life. Ollie was born in Dublin, Georgia to the late Moseley Beaman Dollar and Lola Morgan Daniel Dollar. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. George Sanford Bradshaw; brothers, Hubert Van Dollar, Carl Claxton Dollar, M. B. Dollar, Donald Dollar, Herman Dollar, and Harold Dollar; and sister, Pauline B. Crews.

A service of remembrance will be held by the graveside at Pinelawn Memorial Park on October 30, 2024, at 11 a.m. with Rev. Allen Ham officiating. The family will greet friends immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to SECU Crystal Coast Hospice House, 100 Big Rock Weigh, Newport, NC 28570.

Ollie is survived by her children, Susan Bradshaw of Kinston, Lenore Bradshaw Medlin and husband, Grayland, of Kinston, and James Douglas Bradshaw of Kinston; two grandchildren, Lyndsay Elaine Medlin (Shawn Fleischmann) and Daniel Perry Medlin; and one great-grandchild, Theo Fleischmann; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services have been entrusted to Howard-Carter Funeral Home, Kinston.
