Richard DeLeon Rouse, 73, of Kinston passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 3rd, 2024, at his home.
He is survived by his son Richard Randolph Rouse, brothers; Dennis Ray Rouse, Johnny K. Rouse and wife Becky, William C. Rouse and wife Pam, five stepchildren, twelve step-grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
Memorial Services will be held at 1:00p.m. on Wednesday, October 9th, 2024, at Howard-Carter Funeral Home with Pastor Brian Rogers officiating. Visitation will follow the service.
