Robert Lee Gower

Robert Lee Gower, 87, of Clayton, NC passed away on Monday, February 21, 2022 at his home. 

Mr. Gower was preceded in death by his wife, Arlene, parents, Tony and Maudell Taylor Gower and brother, Bennie Gower and wife, Joyce of Kinston.

Mr. Gower retired from Caswell Center in Kinston, working as a power plant supervisor.  He enjoyed time spent with his family and salt water fishing.  He will be missed by many friends and family.

He is survived by daughters, Carol Fox and husband Dean of Garner and Tammy Rolison and husband Chris of Clayton; grandchildren, Chris Stancil and wife, Nerisa of Clayton, Brad Stancil and wife Olivia of Garner, Ryan Langston and wife, Amber of Clayton and Robbie Rolison and wife, Katy of Selma; great-grandchildren, Kinsleigh Rolison, Ayden Stancil, Carter Stancil, Christian Stancil, Brantly Stancil and Ellary Stancil.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, February 25, 2022 at Westview Cemetery, 917 Cleveland Drive, Kinston, NC 28504, with Pastor Matt Evans officiating.
