Kinston- Robert Andrew Stroud, 72, peacefully passed away at his home on November 8, 2024. He was born in Lenoir County to the late Hubert Milton Stroud and Eleanor Shields on December 4, 1951. In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his brother, Hubert “Dusty” Stroud, Jr.

Per his wishes, no formal services will be held.

Robert is survived by his sister, Patricia Stroud Henderson and husband, Mitch, as well as several cousins.

Care entrusted to Howard-Carter Funeral Home, Kinston.
