Obituary
Ronald Lee Corey, 60, of La Grange, passed away on Sunday, April 10, 2022 at UNC Lenoir Health Care. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Corey and Mattie Jones Corey, and brother, Edward “Eddie” Corey, Jr.
Ronald enjoyed spending time with friends and family. He could often be spotted at auctions around town, bidding on items to add to his collections. He enjoyed collecting many things, especially fossils and coins.
He is survived by his uncle, Vernon Jones and wife Mary of Washington State, along with many cousins and extended family and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at Westview Cemetery.
