Kinston- Ronald Eugene Emory, 77, passed away on November 5, 2024, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.

He is survived by his wife, Judy; two sons, Ronald Eugene Emory, Jr. and Landon Drew Emory and wife, Donna; one daughter, Jenny Rasnick; two grandchildren, Peyton Drew and Paxton Cole; two sisters, Rose and Edith; brothers, David Earl and Robert; and several nieces, nephews, and many special friends.

Ronald proudly served his country in the United States Navy on the USS Arcturus for six years. After being discharged from the military, he was employed with several manufacturing block plants. Ronald was passionate about his career. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and loved to cheer on his team.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Goldsboro, NC. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ronald’s memory may be made to DDA Chapter 892, 1165 HWY 11, Kinston, NC 28504.
