Sandra Louise (Shepard) Bright

Sandra Louise Bright, born April 14, 1950, passed away peacefully at Vidant Medical Center on Saturday, February 27, 2021.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ralph Shepard and Helen Humphrey Sutton, and her third husband Lannie Brown.

She is survived by her husband, Simon “Buck” Bright Jr., daughters; Rebecca Blair, Leanne Hunter, Hope Wolfe, Kelly Bright, Misty Clough, Crystal Williamson, sons; Douglas Alford, Christopher Alford, James “J.B.” Bright, Simon “Scooter” Bright, Joshua Bright, Jason “Chunk” Bright, Buck “Lil Buck” Bright, Eric Bright, Justin Bright, 40 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, sister Ruth Ann Regle and several special nieces.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at Howard-Carter Funeral Home in Kinston, NC.
