Sharon Elaine (Watkins) Breslau

Sharon Elaine Watkins Breslau, 59, of Kinston passed away on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Isham Watkins, Jr. and Jean Price Watkins.

Sharon was a loving sister, aunt, and friend. She enjoyed trips to the beach and working in her flower garden. She loved animals, especially cats, and aided in their rescue whenever possible. She was a wonderful woman and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her sister, Donna Watkins Sowers and husband, Charles; brother, Gary F. Watkins and wife, Maxine; nieces, Deanna Leigh Jenkins and husband, Brandon, and Melissa Dawn Southerland and husband, Philip; nephews, David Charles Sowers and wife, Brandee, and Gary F. Watkins, Jr. and wife, Sunshine; three great-nieces; four great-nephews; fiancé, Steve Humphrey, and special friends, Tina, Diane, and Laurel.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 28, 2021 at Westview Cemetery with Pastor Jimmy Sowers officiating.
