Thomas Lee Crabtree

Thomas Lee Crabtree, 84, of Kinston, passed away on March 31, 2022 at Caswell Center where he had been a resident for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Watson Crabtree and Jessie Lee Bullard Crabtree, and brothers, Donald Crabtree, Eddie Crabtree, and Bruce B. Crabtree.

Thomas is survived by his guardian and special friend, Jeanette Smith and husband, Ralph, of Winston-Salem; nieces and nephews, Tim Smith and wife, Mary Ann, Scott Smith and wife, Marci, Tracy Helm and husband, Jimmy, Michael Smith and wife, Amy, and Heather Stultz and husband, Micah; and many staff and friends at Caswell Center whom he considered family.

The family would like to thank the staff of Caswell Center for all of their love and care for Thomas throughout his stay.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at Caswell Center Chapel.
