Walter Raleigh Hawkins, 80, passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at his residence.
Walter is survived by his wife, Jeanette Lee Hawkins; daughters, Cindy Taft and husband, David, Patricia Kephart and husband, David, Jini Ashley and Sam; sons, James Magruder and wife, Gina, Ernest Bass; 17 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, March 31, 2024 at 4:00 pm at Hillside Church, 6862 Highland Avenue, Grifton, NC.
