William Earl Kinsey

William Earl Kinsey, 71, of Kinston, passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at North Carolina State Veterans Home.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Plato Kinsey and Annie Cody Kinsey.

William proudly- served his country in the US Army, he was a Christian, serving his Lord devoutly.

He enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

William is survived by his son, Ken Kinsey and wife, Robin; grandchildren, Christopher Kinsey and Liam Kinsey; sisters, Betty Williams, who was also his caretaker, of Deep Run, Linda Hill and husband, Lyle of Florida and Bonnie Bazemore and husband, Donnie of Seven Springs; special nieces, Barbara Davis, his guardian, Belinda Speight, Kesha Bazemore and numerous nieces, nephews and family.

Funeral service will be 7:00pm on Monday, January 10, 2022, with visitation to follow at Howard-Carter Funeral Home.  Graveside service will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at Westview Cemetery.
